It is right in the heart of the town, with virtually no steps to access the entrance, yet it is absolutely peaceful and with a delightful garden and courtyard to sit in and relax. The aircon is super effective, something that is essential in the summer heat. We looked at numerous apartments in Amalfi and so pleased we chose this one.

She provided us connections to 2 different drivers and helped us arrange travel from Naples airport to her property. We highly recommend Laura’s property if your plans are to stay in Amalfi. Very few steps, thank goodness.

She was very responsive to our questions beforehand, and met us when our ferry arrived to help us get to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for us as it was conveniently located and had everything we needed for our visit.

Her home is very close to the main piazza with very few steps compared to most options. We loved her open air garden. The accommodations were just as described and very welcoming. We would definitely love to return some day and stay with Laura again. Beautiful home and hostess!

Maurizio2024-08-3110☺Posizione centrale, molto silenzioso, accessibile con pochissimi gradini (contrariamente a ciò che accade normalmente ad Amalfi), assistenza della proprietaria (Laura) impeccabile e cordiale, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e silenziosa, delizioso giardino interno dove rilassarsi, far colazione o semplicemente riposarsi dopo una giornata di mare. ☹L'unico inconveniente è il salotto molto stretto e lungo che renderebbe disagevole cenare in 4-6 persone, ma è un dettaglio.

Kosmas2024-05-1810Great house, very calm, quiet, spacious, and easy to reach ☺ Awesome house, like a little piece of heaven, calm and quiet, in a town that is full of tourists - which can get very loud and crowded. But this house is at a small side street, walk up a few meters, and you're in a space where you can rest and recharge, with its own garden and comforts. And it all started exceptionally well, Laura (the host) was waiting for us at the dock (we arrived by ferry) and walked us to the house, which was great because we arrived tired and maybe we'd have trouble finding it on our own. So overall, a great place, and a great host! ☹ It didn't have any view, but again, not many places have views in Amalfi, unless you're willing to climb up like 250 steps - which I'm glad we didn't, the last thing you want when returning tired in the night is to have to walk up a steep staircase. Just steps away from the main street of Amalfi, down a quiet side street. A great place to stay in Amalfi. ☹ Nothing really. The layout is unique, with the kitchen a few steps away from the bedroom/bathroom area, but with a lovely courtyard/ garden throughout. Laura the owner was delightful as well and made sure we were well taken care of.

Der grosse Zitronenbaum voller duftender Zitronen hat uns ganz besonders gefallen. Herzlichen Dank an die sehr sympathische Gastgeberin Laura. Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht, ein sehr bequemes Bett, gutes Wlan und nach ein paar Metern ist man mitten im Trubel von Amalfi. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, Hafen und Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und sie auch gerne weiter empfehlen. ☹Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The layout of the property involved a central courtyard with garden, surrounded by separate exterior entrances for the kitchen/living, bedrooms/bathroom, and second bathroom areas. This allowed for indoor/outdoor living, and gave the feeling of a private oasis in the middle of the city. It also was ideal for my dog, who got to walk around freely enjoying all the different indoor and outdoor spaces. Very close to the cathedral and only up a few stairs. The garden area is gorgeous- lots of outdoor space to spend time in. The way the apartment is configured is great if you have two couples traveling together, as you'll have plenty of privacy. The host Laura is very kind and helpful if you have any questions. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ☹ The second bathroom is reached by walking outside through the garden area. This normally wouldn't be a problem at all if you're there while the weather is good, but for us we had a lot of rain during our stay so we got wet when we needed to use the restroom. The bathroom is very nice though. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of!
